The empowerment process is a process of growth of young talent, both personal and within the team, based on increasing self-esteem, self-efficacy and self-determination to bring out latent resources and bring the athlete to appropriate consciously of its potential.
Doing business in sport is our social activity aimed at entrepreneurs. Each of our supporters consciously chooses to engage with a small regular sponsorship: a monthly commitment that becomes a means of supporting projects with a wider time horizon. Only in this way, precisely with the same logic of healthy companies, it becomes possible to set up a planning and programming of services for the concrete benefit of young athletes. For our supporters we take care, in collaboration with their marketing, of all the communication of the initiative: the use of the funds raised, the progress of the sports programs, the testimonies of the professionals involved, the direct contacts of the young athletes. All this using social networks. In this way, the entrepreneur’s role of social responsibility becomes concrete.
